Alyssia Marchetta

While completing her law degree, Alyssia Marchetta worked for a year as a consultant in credit transactions. This position sparked her interest in the field of overindebtedness. She then began researching the subject at the Institut national de la recherche scientifique and is currently completing a master’s degree in population studies focusing on the insolvency of beneficiaries of the Social Assistance and Social Solidarity Programs.

Her mantra is “Understand before advising, listen before acting; that is how you can restore hope in the future to those who feared they had lost everything.”

After nearly two years acting as a budget advisor for Option consommateurs, Alyssia joined Raymond Chabot’s team of Financial Recovery Counsellors in 2025. In addition to improving knowledge about insolvency through her research, she wants to make a difference on the ground by helping people find concrete solutions to overindebtedness.

Thanks to her expertise in law and personal finance, combined with her people-oriented approach, she is able to provide her clients with valuable support in all legal and practical matters.

To recharge her batteries, Alyssia loves cycling and yoga. She also has a passion for photography.
