Sarah-Julie Fortin
Sarah-Julie Fortin has a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Notarial Law from Université Laval. She began working as a notary after finishing her studies, but soon turned to the field of insolvency. She joined the Raymond Chabot team in the Québec City region as an Insolvency Counsellor in 2015. A Senior counsellor since 2018, she is studying to become a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. She also participated in the 100 jours de l’effet A challenge.

Sarah-Julie is particularly dedicated to helping people with debt issues by finding the source of their indebtedness. She believes it’s the best way to solve the problem and find solutions to avoid traps in the future. She volunteers at a therapy and social readaptation centre, presenting conferences each month on budget management for the beneficiaries.
