On August 5, 2026, Goodfood Market Corp. sought protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). The Court-appointed Monitor, Raymond Chabot Inc., wishes to remind stakeholders that the Initial Order provides the Company with the time and flexibility required to advance its financial restructuring while continuing to operate its business, serve its customers, and implement its restructuring plan.
