Submitting tenders
Bids must be received at the trustee’s office at 140 Grande Allée East, Suite 200 in Quebec City, in the province of Quebec, before November 14 at 2 p.m., at which time the trustee will cease to receive them. The trustee will review the bids at that time, without the presence of the bidders.
