Submitting tenders
Bids must be received at the trustee’s office at 140 Grande Allée East, Suite 200, Quebec City, Quebec, G1R 5P7 or by e-mail at [email protected], before March 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., at which time the trustee will cease to receive them. The trustee will review the bids at that time, without the presence of the bidders.
Conditions and reserves
The terms and conditions of sale apply to all bids submitted. They form an integral part of this request and it is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain a copy.
Property inspection
Goods will be available for viewing at 1150 montée Masson, Laval, Quebec, on February 25, 2026, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
