Submitting offers

The offers must be received directly online, by email at the following address:  [email protected] and [email protected], no later than August 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., at wich time Raymond Chabot Inc. will stop accepting them. Raymond Chabot inc. will open the offers at that time without the offerers present.

They are an integral part of this call for purchase offers and it is the offerer’s responsibility to obtain a copy thereof.  A copy of the Terms and conditions of sales is attached as an appendix to this document.
