Submitting tenders
Bids must be received at the trustee’s office, by e-mail at [email protected], before January 12, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., at which time the trustee will stop receiving them. The trustee will then review the bids by Teams videoconference, without the bidders being present.

Property inspection
- The items in Lot 1 cannot be inspected prior to submission. Bidders acknowledge that their offer is based on the information provided.
- The item in Lot 2 can be inspected at 1824, chemin de la Côte-Nord, in the city of Mirabel, province of Quebec, J7J 2B6, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
