Submitting tenders

Bids must be received at the trustee’s office, by e-mail at [email protected], before January 12, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., at which time the trustee will stop receiving them. The trustee will then review the bids by Teams videoconference, without the bidders being present.

Conditions and reserves

The terms and conditions of sale apply to all bids submitted. They form an integral part of this request and it is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain a copy.

Property inspection

• The items in Lot 1 cannot be inspected prior to submission. Bidders acknowledge that their offer is based on the information provided.
• The item in Lot 2 can be inspected at 1824, chemin de la Côte-Nord, in the city of Mirabel, province of Quebec, J7J 2B6, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
