| Reminder : pursuant to paragraphs 55 and 56 of the Initial Order, any party that should wish to assert a claim against the Monitor for any report made pursuant to any order of the Court or the CCAA, or any action taken pursuant to same, they shall notify the Monitor and its counsel of the existence of such claim within forty-five (45) days of becoming aware of the existence of such claim, failing which they shall be forever barred from initiating proceedings against the Monitor for any such claim. |
