Submitting tenders
Bids must be received at the office of the Receiver, 600 de La Gauchetière Street West, Suite 2000, in Montreal, in the Province of Quebec, or by e-mail at [email protected] before March 6, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., at which time the Receiver will cease to receive them. The receiver will review the bids at that time, without the presence of the bidders.
Conditions and reserves
The terms and conditions of sale apply to all bids submitted. They form an integral part of this request and it is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain a copy.
