Submitting tenders
Potential buyers and investors will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, as well as the letter entitled Investment Solicitation and Sale Process Procedures detailing the terms and conditions of the process, and will be granted access to a virtual data room (“Data Room”). Potential bidders interested in acquiring the assets must submit a non-binding Phase 1 offer no later than April 15, 2026, 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), in accordance with the Procedures relating to the investment solicitation and sale process. Bidders qualified by the Controller for Phase 2 will be invited to submit a binding offer on a date agreed by the Controller.
Conditions and reserves
The rules detailed in the letter entitled Investment Solicitation and Sales Process Procedures apply to all bids to be submitted. It is the responsibility of bidders to obtain a copy.
