Submitting tenders
Bids must be received directly online or by e-mail at [email protected], or at the trustee’s office at 140 Grande Allée East, Suite 200, Quebec City, Quebec, before April 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at which time the trustee will cease to receive bids. The trustee will review the bids at that time, without the presence of the bidders.

The terms and conditions of sale apply to all bids submitted. They form an integral part of this request and it is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain a copy.
Property inspection
Goods will be available for inspection at 7010, boulevard Sainte-Anne, Château-Richer (Québec) G0A 1N0, on March 31 and April 8, 2026, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
