Bids must be received at the office of Raymond Chabot Inc., 140 Grande Allée Est, Suite 200, Québec, in the province of Québec, G1R 5P7, or by email at [email protected], no later than July 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at which time Raymond Chabot Inc. will cease accepting bids. Raymond Chabot Inc. will review the bids at that time, without the bidders present.
