Call for purchase offers
Submitting offers
The offers must be received by email at the following address: [email protected] or at the office of Raymond Chabot Inc. , 600 de La Gauchetière West Street, Suite 2000 in Montréal, in the province of Quebec, no later than June 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Atlantic time), at which time the Trustee will stop accepting them. Raymond Chabot Inc. will open the offers at that time without the offerers present.

The terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and conditions of sale”) apply to all offers submitted. They are an integral part of this call for purchase offers and it is the offerer’s responsibility to obtain a copy thereof
