With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Accountancy, Pier-Paul Belzil-Lacasse quickly moved up the ladder since the start of his career in 2008. He became a Licensed Insolvency Trustee at the age of 29 and a partner at only 34 years of age. In the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region, he heads the consumer and commercial financial recovery practices. His strong creativity and interest in seeing people succeed are what motivate him every day. He is driven by the desire to find solutions so people can keep their possessions when they thought that all was lost or to advise entrepreneurs on how to restructure their business or reduce risk in a complex financial situation.
“The darkest hour is just before dawn.”
Pier-Paul has a senior black belt in kung fu, so his discipline and calm are not surprising. He has practiced kung fu for ten years in Rouyn-Noranda, and now teaches advanced techniques in this martial art at the school he founded in 2014. As could be expected, this makes him a man of action when it comes to his clients’ financial problems.
“It’s an incredible relief to be able to start breathing again financially. Thank you!”
