Joëlle Léonard has held a variety of positions since finishing school in 1999. Her insolvency experience started in 2002 in a trustee firm, where she worked as an insolvency counsellor. She then worked as an accounting clerk in an accounting firm for six years in the Mont-Laurier region. She then joined a trustee firm which is when her insolvency career really advanced. She worked as a counsellor in financial recovery then as senior manager. With the strength of this experience and her Licensed Insolvency Trustee designation, she joined Raymond Chabot as a Manager in 2017.

Joëlle is driven and a natural leader with undeniable team spirit, qualities she applies in her community as a volunteer with the Mont-Laurier Soccer Association since 2010.
