In college, Caroline Taché studied administration with a major in accounting in the Saguenay and then moved to Montréal where she found employment as an administrative assistant in a licensed insolvency trustee firm. In dealing with the counsellors, she discovered an affinity for the profession, particularly, because of the client contact she was not experiencing in her regular duties. Back in her home region a few years later, she was hired as an administrative assistant at Raymond Chabot in 2008. In the ensuing years, she completed her insolvency training and became a counsellor in financial recovery.
